A clearer next step
From brief to agreed order.
Every custom apparel order begins with a brief. The useful first step is to share what you want to make, for whom, in which quantities and with which references. The specification, approval route and commercial terms can then be discussed against the real project.
01 Your next decision
Four decisions to work through.
One thread runs from your first message to a confirmed order. Follow the needle: each stitch is a decision you make with WhatsNext before anything is cut.

02 Order planning
Minimum order & production windows.
Share the garment types, size run and design references for your project.
Confirm how the 50-piece minimum applies to your mix of styles and colours, and agree your order-specific schedule in the quotation. Delivery transit is separate from these production times.

Production complete, before transit
Days are counted as calendar days for illustration. Your order-specific schedule is agreed in the quotation; delivery transit is quoted separately.

03 Look closer
The brief is a working document.
A reference garment, sketch or written description is enough to start identifying choices. Distinguish preferences from agreed specifications so no important detail is assumed.
Discuss these details ↗04 Specification checkpoints
Move from brief to an agreed order.
Keep preferences separate from the final specification. WhatsNext states a 50-piece minimum, a 7–10 day sampling time and a 21–30 day bulk production time; the quote should explain how these apply to your project.

05 Before the order
Approval belongs at the right moment.
Confirm whether a proof or sample is required, who signs it off, and what changes are possible before the order is placed. The exact route and terms must be agreed with WhatsNext for your project.

Before you enquire.
What are the minimum and production times?
The minimum order is 50 pieces. Sampling takes 7–10 days, and bulk production takes 21–30 days. Confirm how the minimum applies to your styles and colours and agree the order-specific schedule in the quotation.
When is the exact delivery date confirmed?
Agree the schedule in the quotation after the garments, quantities, materials, approval route and destination are known. Production time does not include delivery transit.
