03 Order planning
Share the garment types, size run and design references for your project.
Confirm how the 50-piece minimum applies to your mix of styles and colours, and agree your order-specific schedule in the quotation. Delivery transit is separate from these production times.

04 Look closer
Prepare a player list with sizes, names and numbers where needed. Keep goalkeeper, coaching or warm-up pieces separate from the match kit. A clear roster makes artwork placement and quantity checks easier before an order is agreed.

05 Specification checkpoints
A roster is more useful when it separates playing kit, warm-up pieces and any goalkeeper or staff styles. Record sizes and personalization against each piece before requesting an order quote.

06 Before the order
Share your club colours, crest file, sponsor artwork and examples of the finish you want. Confirm placement and application method against each garment before the specification is final.
Send your main, secondary and trim colours so every piece in the set reads as one team.
Share the crest artwork you will wear, so its size and position can be checked on each garment.
Add any sponsor marks and where they belong, front or back.
Show examples of the finish you want. Placement and application method are confirmed against each garment before the specification is final.
07 Your buying decisions
Three questions to settle before a quote: what the match garments are made of, what players train and travel in, and how the identity goes onto the fabric.

01 · Match garments
Compare approved interlock, mesh or stretch-knit candidates by contact, opacity, climate, movement and laundering. Request actual composition and GSM.

02 · Training and travel
Define woven-bottom and warmup needs separately from competition jerseys. A complete set may combine materials with different colour behaviour.

03 · Kit identity
Confirm compatible sublimation, embroidery, transfers, crests or appliqué on the actual fabric. Screen previews are proposals; physical samples and proofs establish the approved finish.
08 Your buying decisions
Five sign-offs between a first enquiry and a reorder you can trust. Each one stamps as you pass it.
Size the garments
Compare body chest/waist/hip with finished jersey width, length, sleeve and short measurements. Use the product-specific cm/in chart; letter sizes alone are insufficient.
Ask for the actual supported adult, women’s and youth blocks. Check movement and kit layering before approving a size run.
Keep initial enquiries to garment, size and quantities. Approved names/numbers and packing codes belong in a later secure roster; confirm spellings and sponsor rights before production.
Keep approvals attached to the order
Choose a design or send an original brief. Confirm garment/decoration, fit/colour and artwork proof before entering final quantities.
Sign off roster spelling, numbers, sponsor marks and packing codes. Agree production timing and transit, then retain the approved references for reorder discussions.
09 Questions answered
Fourteen practical answers, from what to put in a first message to reorders next season.
Tell us the sport, garments, quantities, sizes, colours, player details, artwork and required date.
List any personalization you need in the brief. The available method and placement should be confirmed against the garment.
List jersey, bottom and any layers separately. A design may illustrate more than one garment; the quotation must state exactly what is included.
Ask how the published 50-piece company minimum applies by garment, style, design and colour. The design library is not a product-level minimum policy.
Provide a later approved roster and request supported personalization, file format, proofing and charges. Do not place private player data in the public enquiry URL.
Request a fabric-specific recommendation and sample/strike-off. Material, artwork and colour approval determine compatibility; a visual preview is insufficient.
Ask the quotation to itemize artwork/setup, crests, numbers, names and packing. Obtain rights to sponsor artwork; no all-inclusive price is assumed.
Share your logo, palette, garment list and original references. Confirm design scope, charges, revisions and final proof approval.
Use the exact garment chart in cm/in and confirm fit blocks. Ask about fit samples before a full roster sign-off.
Supply a physical reference and identify material and colour priorities. Match approval is specific to substrate and process; a screen colour is not sufficient.
Work back from your required date through fit samples, colour/artwork and roster approval, production and transit. Published sample/bulk windows need an order-specific start trigger.
Confirm retained design references, top-up minimums and fabric/trim continuity. Reorder terms may differ from the initial order.
Request the actual packing options, labels, secure roster process and charges before committing to them.
Supply current league specifications for marks, colour and numbers. Each design needs review; no blanket competition approval is claimed.
